Financing Explained
Step 01
Land Purchase Financing
Secure financing to purchase your lot. Your lender will assess the land value and your financial profile before approving this initial stage.
Step 02
Construction Financing
A construction loan funds your build in draws, releases tied to build milestones. This keeps you in control and aligned with your builder throughout.
Step 03
Convert to Mortgage
Once your build is complete, your construction loan converts to a standard residential mortgage. Your lender guides you through this final step.
